So now the English are finding out what I have always said about KP. He is an arrogant but talented cricketer who cries when things don't go his way. He tried to hold the England cricketing fraternity to ransom by giving them an ultimatum, either the coach goes or he goes and his bluff was called. This is the same way he acted when he left South Africa for spurious reasons, citing the quota system as his reason!! With his talent he would have been in the team. Scratch under the surface and you see a trail of incidents where his abrasive arrogance has caused him to fall out with authority and fellow cricketers. Quite frankly, England, you are welcome to him as he would merely cause bad vibes in the SA change room.
On another point, Australia managed to win the last test after losing the test series whilst being written off as finished by most. Beware the wounded Aussie, as they will never just lie down. However, with 8 and a half overs to go, they took the 9th wicket and the celebrations started, but they didn't take into account the stubborness of Smith who walked out to bat with a broken hand and an elbow injury. To a man, the entire crowd stood up and gave him a standing ovation all the way to the wicket. Australia, you surprised me with that reaction and I applaud you, it shows why you are such a top sporting country, because you are able to recognise guts and determination in a player.
It is a matter of record that the Aussies finally bowled Smith with only 10 balls to spare. We look forward to the next series in SA and good luck in the Ashes.
