Them pesky wabbits....

How do i remove rabiits from my garden without poison. Sure they are cute, sweet and hop around, running into their burrows - in my wall and under the house but they eat my plants. Mint has gone, followed by a bunch of alpine plants for mains.
Before i realised we had rabbbits, i'd dug over a patch for vegetables but there is no way i'm planting veg for them to munch as a first course.
I know, we live in the back of beyond with no neighbours near us and thats the joy of living the 'good life' but want to save money by growing own food.
Thinking I might carry on buying from grocers and let the rabbits be.....either that or become Elmer Fudd.
