Argus Cycle Tour 2013<\/p><\/div>\n

On the 10th March I took part in the 36th Pick ‘n Pay Cape Argus Cycle Tour, along with 35000 other cyclists. It was the first time that I participated in a cycling race (runner here). To say I was nervous would be an understatement. I hadn’t trained but I wasn’t backing out. <\/p>\n

We looked all set for our race in our sponsored gear. My husband stuck with me the whole way and even though he had trained he wouldn’t leave my side.<\/p>\n

The vibe was amazing. The support phenomenal and even though I came far from finishing, the whole experience was well worth it.
