Question Withdrawal from SA Account

I would like to withdraw money out of my SA Electron account. I am only allowed £200 - how can I go about to the amount I need without doing it day by day, and pay all the bankfees aswell?

Do I contact my back, or can I go to the counter at my bank here?

I presume you might ask your bank in SA to do a SWIFT TRANSFER from one account to another thats what I do when we had an account in SA.
