It may well be Pronkertjie, as one plays by certain rules. I just see that this game can be played according to the Amsterdam rules and Bridge also has many different rules

Hi there Lance, I will call my dad tomorrow and ask him and then pm you, I know that he used to play this card game with the same group of guys over a period of more than ten years, so I'm sure he'll know a thing or two about it.

Hey Lance

I just learned this new card game called klawerjas & was doing some research on the interent to learn more about it & I came a cross this forum.
After playing the game a couple times I promise you it most addictive & there are so much more sites & info available on the web regarding klawerjas than back in 2004 when you were searching the web & different variations of the rules & origin depending on who you learned the game from.
So for more discussions on this interesting game feel free to drop me a line.

Regards

Milky
